Our friends at Fox 17 came across a great story during our birthday celebration:  We ran into a woman who came to the honky tonk to see if her former husband’s photo is still on the wall at Tootsie’s. His name was Jim Simms, and it’s a picture she hasn’t seen in 40 years.  See the full story here
